Shipping Policy

We proudly ship all orders via UPS to ensure reliable delivery and real-time tracking.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer several convenient shipping options at checkout:

  • Economy Shipping (5–8 Business Days) — $7 flat rate on orders under $100

  • Standard Shipping (3–4 Business Days) — Free on all U.S. orders over $100

  • Express Shipping (2–3 Business Days) — Available for $15

  • Overnight Shipping (1 Business Day) — Available for $25

Please note: Upgraded shipping speeds do not shorten our processing time (typically 1–2 business days). They only affect the carrier’s delivery time once your order has shipped.

We ship Monday through Friday, and most orders placed before 12 PM CST will ship the same day when possible — though same-day shipment is not guaranteed.

Shipping time begins once your package has been scanned and accepted by UPS, not when the order is placed.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and the European Union via UPS Worldwide Expedited.
Delivery typically takes 6–16 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing time.

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that duties, taxes, and fees may be required by your local customs office upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom shipping rates vary by country and order total, and all rates are displayed at checkout.

Additional Notes

  • We do our best to ship orders promptly, but once a package leaves our store, any transit delays are out of our control.

  • If an issue arises, we’ll gladly assist with a UPS inquiry to help locate your package.

  • Shipping estimates may extend during holidays, promotional periods, or severe weather conditions.
