We hope you never have to run into the case of returning an item! We strive to make sure we are only putting out the best quality, fit and styles- however we do understand things happen.

U.S. Orders
Returns

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged Items

Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving your merchandise.

Any damage reported after 3 days will not be eligible for return or refund.

International Orders
Returns

You must request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged Items

Damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

We DO NOT issue refunds, however, we DO issue store credit. The amount from any returns that meet our below qualifications will be issued as store credit in the form of a gift card sent to your email. Shipping will not be refunded, unless there is an item damaged or defective.

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
Gift cards, accessories, cosmetics, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, tights, swimwear, socks and Final Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We can do an exchange for a different size if we have the product available. If your requested exchange size is unavailable, we will issue you store credit. You will be responsible for shipping costs for both the return and exchanged item shipment cost.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
