We hope you love every item you order from Tipsy Ricki’s! We carefully inspect each piece to ensure great quality, fit, and style — but we understand that sometimes a return is needed.

U.S. Orders
Returns

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

We recommend shipping your return via UPS Ground (or another trackable carrier) and keeping your tracking number for reference.
Damaged Items

Damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Please email tipsyrickis@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Any damages reported after 3 days will not be eligible for a return or refund.
International Orders
Returns

A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, and items must be shipped back within 30 days in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable duties or taxes, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

We recommend shipping via a trackable carrier like UPS Worldwide Expedited and noting your tracking number in case of delays.
Damaged Items

Damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Email tipsyrickis@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Store Credit Only
We do not issue refunds, but qualifying returns will receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card sent via email.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Store credit can be used on any future purchase, both in-store and online.
Non-Returnable Items
All sale, final sale, and clearance items are final and cannot be returned.
Other non-returnable items include:
Gift cards, accessories, cosmetics, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, tights, swimwear, socks, and any items with visible wear, perfume, makeup, or deodorant stains.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange for a different size, we’re happy to help if the item is still in stock!

If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on both the return and the new item shipment.

If your return is valued over $75, consider using UPS Ground with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.
TikTok Shop Orders
Orders placed through TikTok Shop follow TikTok’s built-in order and return system.
If you made your purchase directly through our TikTok storefront or a TikTok Live, please submit your return or exchange request through the TikTok Shop app or website under your order history.

TikTok will provide the return label and track the process for you.

Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued to your Tipsy Ricki’s account (per our policy) rather than a refund.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and all final sale and accessory items remain non-returnable.
