What is Tipsy Ricki’s?
Tipsy Ricki’s is an online and in-store women’s clothing boutique offering trendy, flattering pieces for real life. From weekend-ready rompers to everyday denim, we carry curated collections that blend comfort, confidence, and style.
Where are you located?
We’re based in Portland, Tennessee and love serving both our local community and online shoppers across the U.S and internationally.
Do you have a physical boutique?
Yes! Visit us at 124 Main St, Suite 1 Portland, TN 37148. Our store hours are Thursday and Friday: 10AM–5PM, Saturday: 10AM–3PM, and closed on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
How do your clothes fit?
Each item has fit notes in the description and we offer sizes S-L (occasionally XS and XL). To find a certain size on the website use the filters at the top of the page to find your size. Still unsure? Email us and we’ll help with sizing!
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. U.S. delivery takes 3–5 days. International orders may take 7–14 business days depending on customs. We currently ship internationally to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, and United Kingdom. Read more about our shipping policy here: Shipping Policy
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping on U.S. orders over $100 and international orders over $200.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Items must be unworn and have tags attached. Read more on our return policy page: Return Policy
What items are final sale?
Gift cards, accessories, cosmetics, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, tights, swimwear, socks, and clearance items are final sale.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Yes! Use the “Notify Me When Available” button on the product page to get alerts if we restock.
How often do you launch new arrivals?
We drop new arrivals bi-weekly! Follow us or check the “New” tab on our website for the latest.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Select “Local Pickup” at checkout if you’re in Portland, TN. We’ll email you when it’s ready—usually within 1 business day.
How can I join your rewards program?
Earn points every time you shop with our Tipsy Ricki’s Rewards program! Look for the navy rewards box in the bottom right corner on our website to sign up, track your points, and redeem rewards. To redeem your points follow these steps: Login to your account by clicking the navy rewards box in the bottom right corner on our website. After you have logged in go back to the box in the right corner and click ways to redeem. Redeem your points and it will send a discount code to your email to use on your next purchase. *Only one discount can be applied at checkout. Watch the video
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Digital gift cards are available in multiple amounts and can be emailed directly to the recipient. Perfect for birthdays, holidays, or “just because.”
Can I shop your boutique on TikTok or Facebook Live?
You bet! Follow us for live try-ons, collection drops, and behind-the-scenes fun. To purchase items you can purchase through our TikTok Shop, our website or in-store not on Facebook.
How do I return an order placed on TikTok Shop?
Returns for TikTok Shop orders are handled directly in the TikTok app under your order history. TikTok provides the return label, and store credit will be issued once your return is received.
If you ordered through TikTok Shop — whether during one of our Lives or directly from our feed 💕 — your order is handled through TikTok’s system.
To start a return or exchange, open your TikTok app and go to Profile → Orders → Your Tipsy Ricki’s purchase, then follow the return steps. TikTok will send you a return label and track the process for you.
Once we receive your return, we’ll issue store credit to your Tipsy Ricki’s account — just like website orders.
If you ordered through TikTok Shop — whether during one of our Lives or directly from our feed 💕 — your order is handled through TikTok’s system.
